Kévin Dhondt

Kévin Dhondt is Doctor in Veterinary Medicine and holds a PhD in Virology/Immunology. He worked for five years in the high security BioSafety-Level 4 Laboratory “Jean Mérieux” of Lyon, France, where he developed his virological skills especially on the deadly Nipah and Hendra viruses as well as the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus. His career led him to manage the animal facility of a French pharmaceutical laboratory while being a researcher in immuno-oncology. Kévin Dhondt joined Charles River two years ago as Director of Veterinary Professional Services for RMS France where he is in charge of biosecurity, animal welfare and health, and the European health monitoring laboratory.
